Thank you for your purchase. We truly hope you are happy with your item, however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange within 30 Days of purchase. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

x RETURNS: All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date to be eligible for 30-Day Money Back Guarantee*. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.


x RETURN PROCESS:
1. If purchased through at a physical location (i.e. store), return the item back to the original place of purchase.

2. If purchased through our website, please email customer service at customerservice@davincixxi.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address. After receiving the RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the address provided.

3. If purchased through a 3rd party online vendor, contact the vendor for return instructions.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

x REFUNDS: After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.  

x EXCEPTIONS    
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged (*but may be eligible for a partial refund, see 'Warranty'):
